WaterHog Technical specification

WaterHog: Pure and simple

WaterHog systems are simple, straightforward and safe, and can be installed in less than 3 hours.

They are manufactured from insulated stainless steel; have a capacity of 800 litres and have a compact footprint (1m x 1.45 x 1m).
Every WaterHog system is fitted with a task-complete detector that shuts the unit off once evaporation has been completed, thereby ensuring a safe and reliable process that also keeps electricity costs to a minimum.
WaterHog systems are equipped with an integrated sensor and a thermostat control that maintain and monitor the evaporation temperature inside each unit ensuring optimum performance by keeping waste fluids ‘on the boil’ without overheating.

Manufactured and assembled in the UK, each unit has 3 7.2 kw elements that heat the waste water. All components are covered by a 2-year parts and labour warranty (excludes consumable items), and the operation and life of every WaterHog unit can be further protected by taking out a service contract from Jemtech UK.
Other features include:

• An electrical timer to ensure the most efficient use of cheaper electricity;
• A safety-interlock mechanism that prevents the unit being opened once the pre-set temperature has been reached;
• A condenser unit that can be used to recycle the evaporated water;
• An automatic filling and emptying system.
